    I wish there wasnt so much confusion haha like in the first 3 series when it was just about the others, the dharma initiative and getting off the island..

    He didnt, thats why its strange. I think what they show outside the island is the alternative reality that happened, because by blowing up the island they changed the future. So now jack has a son, Nadia is married to sayid's brother etc. But for now, we are not really sure what the scenes outside the island actually show, we will find out near the end of the season i suppose.

    I hope by the end of lost we FINALLY find out why the others where there all along, what is this little vendetta with jacob and the smoke monster, hundreds of other questions!!!! I can't wait much longer!!!!

    Black Rock is the name of ship which came to the Island long ago….
    People in the temple are old inhabitants on the Island, and how they came, well that no one knows…. at least yet.

    Saw questions about Jack's son David, who's his mother bla bla …..

    David's mother in the Flash-sideways timeline is Juliet, who is currently out of town at a research symposium. In this timeline, Jack and Juliet meet much earlier, in 1990, around the time of the Jacob Apollo candy bar incident in the OT. In the FST Jacob did not give Jack his candy bar, and in the absence of his 'touch', Jack met Juliet, a young intern at the hospital. In the OT Jacob's intervention prevented them from 'bumping into each other'. (from Jack meeting Juliet)

    And about Desmond in plain with Jack…. in episode 1 (LA)
    When Jack returned to his seat, Desmond was gone and Rose didn't know anything about him (she was asleep). I don't think Desmond is really there. He is communicating to Jack through Jack's consciousness and will help him get back on the right track.

    If you mean with this girl and boy, the Others took them….
    But mostly this stewardess from the plane, Cindy (the one who gave Jack alcohol in the plane) took care of them…. And Ben had a list of passangers from tail section, and he wanted them all from that list…. (including Cindy and those kids)

    Hey thanks for the info…at what point do we see that jacob had guided them to the island though, that's what i'm unsure about…do you remember around which episode we see that the new flight-peers are contacted? how do they become the 'bodyguards'?
    Yeah I assumed that claire had the darkness in her when she was in the cabin with christian shepherd, but it was still a confusing moment…like why is he even there in any way, and how dows she even know that they are connected and etc…it's just odd and not really touched upon…but may be once we figure out what really happened to her when she vanished.
    Yeah I wonder why they wouldnt want up to know whether her names has been crossed or not…I have a feeling it will boil down to her, jack and perhaps sawyer (i'd say locke but as of now he is dead). but why her name? ah sooo curious and sooo impatient.

    whoah where did you even get that theory about juliet? Did you actually see juliet as a young intern or anything?

    David could have always actually been there as his real son, but never really talked about. his ex-wife could have had him and figured out it was jacks etc

    I also believe that all this is linked in with how Desmond could not save Charlie from dieing. He said “no matter what happens, no matter what i do, your going to die” (it was destiny). Jacob saying “They'll find their way here somehow” is exactly the same thing. Like, whats meant to happen, will happen. The same with his line on the beach “it only ends one way, anything in between is just progress”. Jacob knew he was going to die all along, and is trying to prove to Smoky that it really DOES only end one way, whether he is alive or not. The timelines are showing us that these characters are destined to meet eachother, on the island or off, Jacob is trying to prove a point, big question is, WHAT only ends one way? you guys may disagree, just a theory :)

    Dude, just think of it so much in detail, I was watching LOST all seasons 5 times.
    Watching them 5 times, you finally understand some things. Watch 1 time all seasons, it's like u didn't watch it. Try using ur brain, connecting all previous episodes with those ones, and you'll find it out by yourself.

    I agree, jacob knew he would be killed all along, he is playing a long game, moving his chess pieces into place before his final strike. Things can only end one way and jacob knows this all along

    nah them not landing on the island can't have had anything to do with Locke, they never landed on the island because they blew up The Hatch, when Desmond didn't enter the numbers on The Hatch thats what caused their planes to crash on the island in the first place, so with the hatch blown up in the OT, there was no plane crash, and perhaps even no Desmond on the island, the only reason Desmond stayed on the island is because he had to stay in the Hatch and keep pressing the numbers

    this is just a theory but maybe what will happen in the FST is that the others who are out of the island like Ben who is now a school teacher are gonna convince Locke to get on a plane and that plane is gonna crash on the island, so everything will just end up working out the same in the FST, just like with Charlie's death, no matter what they do they can't change the future only delay it.

    That is true, but there must be something Jacob is under estimating, which he is keeping to himself (worrying about it). He seemed pretty eager to MAKE SURE Jack came to the lighthouse, as if he was almost unsure. Like i said, my theory might be wrong, but i think it is linked in somehow :)

    ok everyone,, very good with your theroies, and questions, it shows that you are thinking…… i see what you are all missing.. there is a balance to everything… what about the fact that everyone there has a goodside and a bad side no matter what they did in life(it just matters to what side you listen to most ) the scale??.. the ship the black rock..hmmm what about when flock and sawyer when to the cave and through away the white rock,, that was too show darkness is winning…. yes buddy was right to refer to it as a game of chess….. yes we still have much to learn about the egytians, desmond, is someone to take jacobs place……. and i hope you guys had noticed that there are many references to the bible…… there is much to say..lostpedia really helps explain somethings…….please reply!!! i,m lost——LOL

    Lost is falling on its ass…. scraping the barrel with its many questions that they never answer.. I will watch it thru as im intrigued as to how they are gonna answer many questions with just the 1 answer.. they should of stuck with the dharma thing.. ( when it was good) oh and Plan B it was just a question… did any 1 else see it or was it sum1 else.. i dont have the time to watch em back.. and every time i try go back a little it just freeze's and i have 2 refresh.. ( well annoyin) so settel yaself down…

    Dr. Linus episode tonight gave us some more answers, like : confirmation only six known candidates, Jack is protected (probably as a candidate) and cannot kill himself.., Widmore has found the island in his submarine, and yes we know Richard has metaphorically and physically broken from the chains. Listen to the wisdom of Plan B and Lambada… they know their LOST I can't wait to hear their insight to this episode!

    The comedy continues this week as Hurley channels Homer Simpson and dreams of cheese curds. Miles channels Jacob's ashes only to come to the conclusion that Claire is really hawt. Jack asks Richard Alpert, “Where did you come from?” and is stalled for the 472nd time since arriving on the island. He then proceeds to follow Richard and tells Hurley, “At least he's not stalling.” Jack goes completely insane and reenacts the Russian roulette scene from the Deer Hunter. Ben digs his own grave in both realities. Lost is gearing up for a Seinfeld finale. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

    ok so if theres this balance of good and evil then clearly theyre equal right? well if thats the case shouldnt jacob be able to come back in another form after hes died as well…. and it kind of bothers me how the good guy has a name (jacob) but we never hear the bad guys name…. and if the bad guy is this black smoke then how come jacob doesnt get like… white smoke or something? i know that sounds ridiculous, but this whole concept is about balance and it kind of seems like the dark side has a few more advantages than the good side

    because you are not supposed to watch it, they seem to remove the video on the second day of its release on this site so you have to get there quick, every wednesday or search elsewhere

    im just wonderin who bad guy reallly is i mean we only heard of wat the smoke monster will do to them because jacob said so ive yet to here why jacob trapped him and why would some who is good chain some one ore as i see enslave richard now tell me why should we belive smokie is the baddie remember jacob brought these people to the island knowing they could be killed it seems that jacob is manipulating people just as ben linus did so chew on that and let me know

    Fair enough if you're theorising, but you're certainly not coming across that way. All we can guarentee is that whatever “obvious” theories for the shows conclusion will be are exactly that, theories. No one except for the writers know what is going to happen so other than putting forward what you THINK will happen its utterly pointless and arrogant for anyone to say otherwise. I too have all 5 seasons on DVD and they've been played to death, so how on Earth you can come up with that about Juliet being David's mother I will never know!
