There are many logical flaws in the story, but a lot of the criticism here is just things viewers simply missed. You're hating on the show because you lack comprehension ability. Stop weakening my points by pointing out mistakes that don't exist.

First of all, Hiro is NOT the catalyst. Arthur stole it from Hiro in the past and used it to finish the formula for genetic engineering at Pinehearst. Secondly, Claire can STILL help people with her blood. Having the catalyst has NOTHING to do with her blood's regenerative properties. Peter and Noah even discuss this before they seek the healing child in episode “Tabula Rasa.” Noah states that Claire's blood “only regenerates tissue” but doesn't “heal” tumors and can do more damage. Afterwards, Noah tags along with Peter to find an alternative cure for Hiro.
I don't know how you can find the story line “perfect” when you don't even understand such basic elements of the story. Don't criticize other people's opinions about the nonsensical story arch when you've undeniably proven that you, yourself, have no idea what's going on.
hirosfan
Pay attention while watching instead of asking stupid questions.
Alisah
@hirosfan, What you might think is a “stupid” question, may be a perfectly reasonable question to ask! Let's be friendly and discuss the show and politely answer all questions
HirosFan
Sorry. You're right. I should be friendlier since we're all fans. It's just that there are several logical flaws in the story, but people here are confusing their own ignorance with story errors.
Agatham
So is Natan REALLY dead?
HirosFan
Yeah, but the creators and actors say don't be surprised if he returns in some way.
Chuck
Seriously, every time I see Claire with Peter it seems they are going to make out.
Kelly
Really? Every time I see Claire with ANYBODY, I feel like they're gonna make out. Even with her own father. They're too lovey dovey when they're together.
Jalorn
Peter is able to fly because he took West's ability to fly. Your confusion is understandable because this is merely hinted at in conversation when Peter asks Claire to call West. The show doesn't bother showing West fly out to lend Peter his power for the obvious inconveniences it would cause.
Jalorn
What happened to Sylar was not a decrease in power, but an increase in morality.
