Scrubs Season 9 Episode 6 Our New Girl-Bro

Wow! it's good to see Sarah Chalke again. I did miss her from the beginning of this season. All original cast should come back… Scrub isn't the same without them all the time.

After watching a few episodes from season 9 scrubs ive realised its gone really shit!! I think its trying too hard to appeal to student types with all the young characters but is failing really bad as none of these characters are likeable in any way.
Dr.Monroe, for instance, why the hell is she a lead character when she has only been in it for this second season!! If you look back at srubs in the early years none of the characters are strong characters apart from the doctors that have worked there for years, why should this character be any different?? Why is she is she a stong lead character in her second year?
It seems like the writers are trying to write out the old characters and bring in new ones, but really it is failing really bad as these new characters dont shine and dont have the warmth and realationships that viewers want to feel whilst watching it. The new characters are just too smug and sarcastic and really doesn't work, im sorry guys but the good years have gone these characters are just a new dying breed!!

new scrubs is actually really good. it appeals to student types and a younger audience, with new cast members.
i love how the've implemented new lead characters into this season, which shows they have the confidence of trying new paths since zach braff decided to leave the show. the new characters are effective and funny. Especially clever is how the old characters have been merged with the new cast, in an effective way of allow new personas and stories to emerge through without replacing the old charaters completely.
The new characters have the perfect traits which collaberate to form interesting and volitile interactions which always have hilarious results. however the new characters have managed to retain the sarcastic humour and confident mishaps that the old favorites would use, whilst still being new and fresh.
im happy to see the new season of scrubs moving forwards with promising results. everyone new that it would have to change since JD and other old main actors left. so while some people cry about change and how bad it is because the new season is not exactly the same as the old seasons (newsflash guys: It was going to be differant always. pull up your little granny panties and get a hold of yourself, sometimes old things have got to go to let the new things in) i welcome the new season, the new characters which are so full of life and the new path in which the story of scrubs will take us.

Agreed. This show is trying to do well out of it's territory. The old territory was “Comedy” and the new one is “Kiddies Fun Hour”.
