And for the people who still don't get it Peter only gets the power if he touches someone directly like skin to skin, if he touches someone on his shirt he doesnt get his power.
I loved the Claire and Tracey moment.

HELLO people remember villains, arthur petrelli said that sylar had EMPATHETIC MIMICRY the SAME power as peter not a similar one the intuitive aptitude the one where he needs to look at the brain is the killing one so what im wondering is duing this whole episode THIS WHOLE EPISODE peter had physical contact with syler MULTIPLE times why didnt he copy his empathetic mimicry i hope heroes fans and peter fans can agree with me on the stupidity of this cuz we all know peter and syler will have a final battle eventually and peter WONT WIN with his crappy new power

Sylar/ Gabriel, and therefore "Nathan", has the power of Intuitive Aptitude. He can however see how a power works without killing others - he just wants to be the only one who is "special". Which is why he can a) fix Charlie's power, causing the aneurysm to disappear; b) copy Elle's lightning manifesting ability and c) see how Brian's power didn't work properly.

Also, Peter's new power allows to copy a SINGLE power at any one time. If he copied Intuitive Aptitude, then he'd only be able to realise how things work, as well as potentially gaining the hunger for knowledge. He wouldn't gain all of Sylar's / "Nathan's" powers, just whichever one he wanted.

Yes, most likely is that eventually, Peter is going to gain new ways to use his power, possibly storing his collective powers in a memory bank, but can only use one at a time. We don't know, but don't automatically assume Peter will fight Sylar again. Hiro was supposed to kill Sylar, but he's only faced him once, won the battle but didn't kill Sylar.

peter has to choose to take someones power, or it has to have happened before he could control hid power. i guess he felt that he had no reason to take "nathan"s powers before anything and then after sylar got back into his body, he didnt immediately say he was sylar so that peter wouldnt hurry up and take his powers...

Whats all this Sylar is in this person and that person, etc... Matt, reads minds and has mind control abilities, he just got Sylar to forget who he is, and made him think he is Nathan, Sylar is still in Sylar, whats in Matt, is just what he has read from Sylar, his own mind going crazy with it all, mixed with Sylars thoughts, etc...

Rather boring episode, unlocks few questions but ..

If peter take the power of Sylar's Mimic ability, peter will become evil like the last season and then I guess he has no choice but to copy only 1 ability from sylar :), Sylar's mimic ability makes a person a maniac killing people and taking their powers

First of all if you mean Sylar's Empathic Mimicry it doesn't make his want to kill people at all as he doesn't need to as he used it to copy Elle's Electric Manipulation power. Also if you mean his power of Intuitive Aptitude which doesn't make him kill people he just has to get to their brain to figure out how to use it. and steal it people just tend to die lol. But yeah he just has to kill them to get the power his power of Intuitive Aptitude doesn't "make him kill" it's a choice. although addiction as he gets addicted to gaining more knowledge but still a choice.

@Paul, His ability doesnt make him kill people, he kills people to obtain their powers but he could do it how Peter used to before his power was taken, because Peter and Sylar used to have the same power, kind of.

How can Nathan(sylar) fly? Sylar killed nathan without getting the ability. Where did he get this power?

sylar can fly cause his ability is to understand how each ability works so if he really believes he is nathan and nathan knows how to fly then automaticly sylar will be able to embrace that ability. Remember how sylar got the blue lightning ability he didnt need to kill someone for it. He can get powers in other ways

i think that they will found a person who has a ability to clone himself.So they are gonna put nathan in one body, sylar in second.Pretty logical ha?

people people can't you see the ring?(not is his left han in the right hand) it's not a mysterious hand it's nathan's hand, sylar goes back to his body but it happends the same as in matt there are two minds in one body

if peter stops being the nice guy always and starts thinking more about what HE wants then he could be the most powerful of heroes and stop the catastrophes too.. his principles limit his potential... the peter character is awesome....

I think peter took a power from nathan just before he touched mats hand but i also think they should have a duel between personalitys like they did with mat and sylar only Nathan+sylar then Sylar should take over and obsorb some one with cloning abilitys and create a new body for sylar or Nathan-----P.s We all Know why Sylar is still in the Show because hes not realy a bad guy its his power making him do things.
