i just dont understand...how could nathan/sylar fly if he doesnt...i mean nathan has all powers sylar does...that part i couldnt understand. anyway heroes rocks!!

because sylar killed nathan and took his power... end of last season

sylar has the power to learn other ppl abilities , he took that one "flyin" from nathan when he killed him,
this is still sylar just shapeshifting into nathan its one of his many abilities

sylar became nathan at the end of season 3 aftr killng the original nathan, so no sylar cannot fly, parkman only made sylar think he was nathan, he never took nathan's power but he does have his memories, clear as mud? ah watch em again :)

Actually, Sylar can fly. In the last series, he flew back down to the balcony before he killed Nathan. This is because Sylar actually doesn't need to kill people to take their powers, he just chooses to kill them.

Peter will gain all his power back.

Future Peter (former seasons) still got the scar and all his powers.

They had to strip Peter all his powers for him to get the scar. But he will get them back. Now is a good opportunity as he is reunited with his brother that both can give Peter the scar (accidently using the facecutting power) and he can give Peter his ability back (if peter takes the learn ability power form his brother).

For Peter to have that scar & all his power of "Future Peter" that timeline would have had to have happened - "Future Peter" came back to avoid that - so now they are moving forward to a different future that hasnt been revealed

It did happend. Future Peter still shot Nathan in the end of season 2.

Season 3 was new writer end really nothing more that a battle between good and evel.
No story was changed in season 3 really - in the end of season 3 new ability was intruduced to righten it all up. Parkmans baby can give those who lost their abilities their abilities back.

So basicly Peter only needs to do is get fixed by Parkmans baby. However though. Peter needed to loose his abilities to get the scar. Peter could heal. Also after seeing episode 9 it add even more up. Claires blood can heal real Nathan - we saw her blood heal up her father.

All of this is a simple Neo vs. the agent story. For Sylar to be complete a complete opposite has to be there. This is the roles of Peter and Sylar - to create balance. Everytime Sylar is weak so is Peter and vica versa. :-)

that is the real nathan petrelli. the one who is out in the real world now is sylar (at least his body) sylars consciousness was pushed out of his body and he was made to believe he was nathan because sylar had killed the real nathan. but the real nathan was raised from the dead as sylar because the memories were taken from the real nathan in order to make the new nathan and he didnt know who he was and since the last person he identified with was sylar, he rose from his grave as sylar. the memories he saw in the mirrors in the carnival werent his, they were synthetic memories, just things that they knew the real sylar had done. its quite simple actually

No you're wrong about that. That was still sylar's body because it was still sylar's powers. Nathan's only power was flying. Only sylar could shape shift. DId you forget when Sylar was found and in jail with the cop. He looked like sylar we know cause he was identified for killing his own mother. He shot electricity from his hands also. So that can only be Sylar's body. If you want to make that argument you first have to explain how Nathan has Sylar's power if it's not Sylar's body.

The matt and sylar thing is so funny, I always laugh.
But what about MOHINDER? Dind't he appear dead last episode?
That whole sylar/nathan thing is confusing, I wish the normal Nathan was still alive.
And what about Angela? Haven't seen her in a while.
I miss so many of the old characters, like Nikki/Jessica, and the little girl that Matt and Mohinder took care of, MOLLY, she was my favorite and she just disapeared! And where is Miccha?

I couldnt believe Mohinder got rid of Molly in a phonecall - and its like Matt just forgot about her!
Micca isnt needed since they arent rounding up people with abilities anymore. But I found it odd that he didnt have his aunt (or cousin?) helping him when he was rebel.

sylar knows how things work he doesnt need to open heads and mat put all of nathans mind into sylar so he "knows" how to fly.

its a shame that this story turned obivous today :( or at least my guess

matt gets taken to hospital, peter sees him, brings him back to life, mat asks where is nathan and BAM! all you need to make 1 very pissed of super charged sylar again lol

The problem with that theory is that Matt/Sylar got shot outside the Burnt Toast diner in Texas, and Peter is in New York.

i really like heroes! its my favourite tv show by far! and i am always awake at 4:15 am in germany to watch the new episode here on cucirca for years now !
but i think the autors might have made a mistake in the whole nathen/ sylar thing, its pretty confusing tough!
My Point is, sylar never learnd oder took nathans ability to fly! so how could he be able to do so in the last episode?
did i just miss something? can anyone explain?

Great episode. All the storylines are great, but I really feel sorry for Claire :( ... The Sylar story is good. Bascially, his conscious is inside matts head, so all his understanding of powers and past memories. But his body and unconsious is being controled by Nathan. So Nathan thinks he is normal, and obviously can use his ability.

To all those who think Nathan will be back, from what I heard, he has been written out and left the show. So obviously at some point Syalr will gain control of his body again. Brave thing Matt did, I'm sure he will be fine and just be back in a full circle. I doubt Peter will save them, didn't think they were even in the same State.

if u remeber in the finale episode of the last season syler could fly... plus all of sylars powers he took are from others brains like he can see how they use there power through the brain, so if he remebers nathans life and thinks he is nathan the flying will be easy for him todo that is what i think :)

sylar did learn how to fly. when he killed nathan he flew back in through the window. he took his ability to fly by empathizing with him rather than opening his head.

i think when he woke up as nathan he didn't even remember being sylar he thought he was nathan idk
