Woman: Ask your doctor about using Herpexia.

Sam: Dean?
Dean: What?

Dean: Figure it out! (Sam straightens up and smiles at all the nurses again).
Dean: Sam! Hurry up! I’m waiting.
Sam: Okay. I need a penknife, some dental floss, a sewing needle, and a fifth of whiskey (everyone stares at him). STAT!
