Fantastic episode !! With such a range of emotions !! :-)

It was a little weird without the usual patients. He did help two people, though, just not in his usual way.

What will he do next?

Go home and diagnose I'd say. After going into rehab Cuddy will probably do everything in her power to give him his job back. I am excited to see if he still has his gift.

I think he could have made the same discoveries without taking the drugs....And,

this was some bullS#$@! I have been a loyal house fan for 5 episodes & these asshats think that this is a good time to "fix" the most interesting, complex character on network TV. I cry FOUL, who in God's name thought the "RAP" was a good idea? Have you philistines never heard of the integrity of a character??? I understand developing a plot, but this is a mockery of all of the many twisted layers that make Gregory house intersting. Oh, please for the love of God rethink future love scenes where he cries. That was just another bad decision. Were the EP's on crack? If so, please dilute future dosages. I expect better dammit!!! I have waited for months, been patient & will not stand for this bullcrap anymore. If you want to continue with this kinder, smiling, gentler House, get on Bravo or Logo. You have given us a wonderful canvass, don't come back with some grafitti & expect us to think it's a Picasso. Again, I cry FOUL!!

Yeah its 87 mintues because the hour long shows are never exatcally 60 minutes they are always like 45 or a little bit more. because you have to realise that there are commericals

I mean the episode was good and all... but what is House with out House being well House, idk what this means for the show as a whole... i loved House's logical, mostly twisted way of thinking and now... well they can't just humanize him completely. This is my favorite show and i really hope it stays that way because making house all emotional will def. ruin the story line :-/

You are an idiot. You can't stand the first episode of the new season? Because they 'fixed' House? House is still House, maybe he is a little diffirent now. And this is just the first episode, have some goddamn patience and watch the next one, maybe then you can confirm that 'these asshats' made House uninteresting.

house is still house and he is not going to change and as Hugh laurie saied the main characters in tv dont chang, the writers make us think that that they did but in realety yhey never do and youb can see that in every episode in the last cuple minuts

oh yeah and Franka Potente is a great actress!!
