I sometimes feel Sam and Dean are very 2D in that all they talk about and do is their own troubles with each other/ their father, there is no 'real' character development. Castiel on the other hand is pretty interesting in the way he's developing as a character, the only other one I thought was interesting was Bella - what happened to her by the way? Did she die?
