you realize that the actual meaning of vampire originated from the balkans(vampir) – vampires were just poor people with an iron deficiency in their blood and a lack of melanin in their skin because of which they cant stand the sun. it was a debilitating weakening disease, and all this bullshit about immortal superstrong vampires is as fake as it gets. so just watch the show- whichever one you watch, its gonna be fake.enjoy

There are only 12 episodes in all the seasons and HBO have released 6 mini episodes called A drop of true blood based on individual characters lives and have nothing to do with the seasons. The 1st one was out last week, when they finish that is when season 3 starts!

I'm from Europe and I also think that there is a lot of nudity in Trueblood but that's not really a problem is it?! If you don”t want to watch you don't have to, this show isn't directed to minors so it doesn't really matter. You also don't have to generalize every American. Each person is different and has his own ideas. And another thing: I don't know if you can say American race because race refers to the appearence and the genetic differences … American people is more proper!

Yeah, same here, I was like what sort of weird vampire series is this, but then I was sold, like after the first few minutes This is an amazing series. The actors are also “mature” and not like those teenagers in vampire diaries or what ever the name is of that series..
