Unfortunately it's four weeks till the next one, it's just annoying and it drives people away but I suppose they want to extend the season.

It was an awesome episode, I can't wait until after the break...another break...AGAIN!

People kept saying Edie will...something will happen to Edie, but the end made it seem very mysterious the way it was...did it happen...or did it not happen? People who watched the episode will know what I'm talking about.

Stupid Orson...I used to have pity towards him, but the way that he was trying to force Bree into that thing...it's good she stood up to him.

Now I don't like Orson...he was one of the reasons that something happened to Edie...

Of course she will not survive, because if you had read anything about the following episodes or heard anything from the DH staff interviews on youtube, you'd know that Nicollete Sheridan (Edie) is leaving the show...

It was also months ago on wikipedia: it said there that Edie would die and that her death would involve a car accident and an electrical wire.

I have the suspicion that Dave is after the wrong guy! I think it was Susan who drove the car (if you look again at the beginning of Season 5, you'll see that it is unclear who is actually driving the car)...
I think when Dave gets to know this, it will probably be too late, and it will tear him apart!

PS: The whole last part is not something I read somewhere, it is mere speculation... :)

It's possible that it's just a nerve twitch. So the fact that she moved her fingers doesn't mean that she's alive. It's quite normal actually..

We will miss Edie but a new character, will be added to figure out "Edie's exit in a surprising way". Gloria LeRoy will fill in the role which is introducted in the April episode and i think that maxi2310 is right.

O, my this show is so good. I just caught up to season five a month ago,now I'm hearing I have to wait a couple of weeks to see the conclusion of this story, what a bumer. All of the actors and actresses have the right parts that they are patraying to the tee. Keep up the good work and keep Edie alive. I heard she was quiting the show, but in do time we will see if that has any truth to it or not.

It was Mike who was driving because the newspaper article Edie was holding said Mike wasn't charged. I want to know if Edie's dead but I read somewhere Edie's last episode airs in May.

I just looked at the crash scene in episode 1 of season 5 and Susan was behind the wheel when the car crashed!
And the narrator (Mary Alice Young) said that "that's when Susan and Lila finally met each other" well not those exact words but something like that! Oh dear.

of course she'll survive, how do you think the producers will make their money if they start killing of the main characters?
she'll probably end up in a coma and then dave will do some damage..but again, not permanent. So don't fall off your seats kids, its the American way to always make the 'good guys' win. It almost annoyingly predictable..wooptydoo

She moved her fingers because of the electricity. It is a reaction of the human body. I don't say that she gonna die, but those movements are consequence of that..@djordje

Edie will die because I have read that Nicollet Sheridan will leave Desperate Housewives. So it seems like Edie will die because of this accident. But I don't want her to leave ):
