i agree, Serena looks to old for the paper of a teenage girl. she looks like her in 20 something not a 17 year old.

Blair and Chuck = Looove. I just loves them from the beginning they are such good characters!! But I think that Gossip Girl (not the person but this show) is gone a bit to fare its kind op boring and the drama is too extreme its starting to be like "Desperate Housewives". it just go on and on and on!!!

But Blair, Chuck, Eric and Jenny are the only good things in it...

Well for every one who agrees that blake lively looks to old for the 17 year old Serena van der Woodsen, you obviously haven't been paying attention. Serena is supposed to be 'older'. HELLO? She was pretty wild back in the G days of BOARDING SCHOOL. Then Blair her beloved best friend- sometimes and with good reason. Do I have to say? Gossip Girl can also be a killer...In many ways. Can't forget about her knight (or NATE) in shinning armor...wait or is that DAN HUMPHREY? No, no it was a certain Aaron. There's also Pete, the dealer she killed the same night nate and she had sex in a bar. Oh yeah. How could I forget? Don't you remember ERIC? Back in the institution. And her mother's past is way too...Recent and real then ever. So If you'd watch gossip girl ounce and a while you'd realize an older more experienced actress would better fit the most confused SERENA van der WOODSEN...

i think they could have found some one hotter 2, but who would be the star? SERENA is older then all the other 17 year olds out there.

and the best. he has some depth to him, which is more than i can say about most of the others like serena etc.

I'm so glad that Aaron is out of the picture ... Although all the stuff that has happened in the past is going so crazy. Someone mentioned Desperate Housewives, but I think it's more like Bold and Beautiful. That's just a sick show and I think Gossip Girl is doing the same. Trying to match everybody. Example -- Nate : Blair, bit of Serena, bit of Vanessa, even little less Jenny and back to Vanessa ??? Chuck is starting to scare me ... I hope B. is able to help him plus I want creepy uncle go away. I kinda typed Lily van der Woodsen in Wikipedia, I didn't expect to find anything, but I did.
