    can i just say this is by far the best series i have seen on tv for so long and its not for its sexual references or sweet vampireness but for the way the writers have written the plot. i mean im a fan of heroes but damn there totally lost with the story now
    they basically have several stories going on at the same time with one overriding theme throughout.
    you have jasons story, sookies story, bills story, taras story, layfettes story and sams story with the “fang banger” killer story all interwoven as one yet none of it is lost on me. good job true blood

    If it's Layfette in the car at the end, I'm so done with True Blood. SO DONE.

    I think they take the whole “dead” vampire thing to a whole new level, and not a good one. Bill looks like he's constantly constipated and staring… and he looks like he's on the verge of death. ALL THE TIME. DEATH ALL THE TIME.

    Sam's okay, but a bit too needy. I actually like Rene. Which is kind of unfortunate.

    agreed! Lafayette dies in the book; thank goodness they keep him alive in the series! you gotta love him lol.
    BTW TEAM BILL: i watched season 1 & 2 and then i started reading the series. i loved bill and HATED eric until i read the books. you guys should really read it. eric VERY QUICKLY gets on your good side =) he's just so…. mouth watering!!!!!!!
    (though i must admit, he looks hideous in that long hair. thankfully he gets a haircut in season 2!)
