Yes this is the crossover episode involving Private Practice cast. I highly recommend people to watch Private Practice episode 16(Season 2) entitled Ex-Life to fully appreciate, because that PP episode 16 is basically a continuation of GA Episode 15(Before & After)...

I think that meredith is just too much drama, this show should be called Shepherd's anatomy and Addison is so much better than mere too, I hope those looks they were giving each other gets them going. Anyway surgeries were nice this evening, besides that, I think Berk needs to be in the show, he was great!! Omaley doesn't even matter he does nothing but just be a tool.
