i dont get it, if the docter is the killer, why didnt that guy who lied in the hospital recognized his breathing sounds and his tics? if you spend whole days only lisenning to that, i'm sure it will be noticetable

He chops them off….They are never full bodied.
The only body he didn't chop off was that woman's in “return to sender”, he takes a risk, but regrets.

haha knew it!..

What i dont understand is the bodies of the people dexter killed are never found..
how come?
Also if he was ever caught, police would know who he killed
(if the bodies are found too) because even he leaves a trade mark..
the cut on the cheek..not so wise!
