i dont get it, if the docter is the killer, why didnt that guy who lied in the hospital recognized his breathing sounds and his tics? if you spend whole days only lisenning to that, i'm sure it will be noticetable

Dude, the guy was drugged and had limbs being chopped off. "Breathing sounds" aren't exactly something burned into your memory. In, out, in, out, and then repeat.

What i dont understand is the bodies of the people dexter killed are never found..
how come?
Also if he was ever caught, police would know who he killed
(if the bodies are found too) because even he leaves a trade mark..
the cut on the cheek..not so wise!

He chops them off....They are never full bodied.
The only body he didn't chop off was that woman's in "return to sender", he takes a risk, but regrets.

not only that but there actually brothers. the reason why the doc is so violent in because he remembers when him mom and how she was killed. Dexter didnt so thats why the cop took him in because he knew he could help him. as for his brother the ice truck killer, thats another story. but the cop didnt take him in also because he knew he was too damaged.
