i just started watching bones and i`m really confused, cause i saw an episode where they were married do they date and get married???

you probably saw the last episode in season 4. it was booths dream while he was in a coma from brain surgery, and brennan was reading her new book to her. things will probably make more sense if you watch all the episodes, then watch that episode lol.
most of the thrill of bones is that booth and brennan have never gotten together. everyone wants them to, but they havent.
