I was wondering the same thing? He always had trouble flying before without Nathan for some reason, but he should have acquired all the powers in the plane. Maybe it's because of that shot thing. And where did mohinder send Molly?

peter cant fly, he has the power of empathy, when he his near someone he can use there powers, he collects them like that, until he is near some one else with abilities. i.e he collects Nathans power to fly, but then he goes near Clare and he gains her ability, therefor losing Nathans. he can only have one power at a time

i'm wondering what on earth is going on with pete. as u mentioned he can't absorb powers in same way he used to. it appears to me a bit similar to what his fathers was doing (visual effect is the same isn't it?). seems to be a good reason to watch 7th part today anyway.

Well this is similar for nathan as NY bomb, sacrificing/ruining the lives of others for his own personal gain. If he really cared then he would set up another company that locked up the dangerous ones and kept an eye on the harmless ones. Sylar is awesome as usual, Peter really needs to get acess to better abilities (if he had TK, he could have taken over the whole plane easy peasy without getting up.
