1. You should probably watch all of the episodes, because this is actually pretty crucial. They steal, and use fake names, fake credit cards and social security number, and hustle pool, just stuff like that to get by. Sam didn't really like it at first, but he got used to it.

2. He probably was. Keep in mind that when he died, he was torn up by hell hounds, but when he got out, he was scratch free. When Castiel dragged him out, he fixed his body and repaired everything- the mark Dean has on his shoulder is a reminder of that, and that's pretty much the only physical flaw he had when he got out.

3.Again, you would have to watch all of the episodes. Dean sold his soul for Sam. Sam died in season three, I think it was, and Dean made a deal with the Crossroads demon to bring him back, and Dean could have one year with him. They all tried so hard to get Dean out of his deal, but there was nothing they could do about it because if they tried, then Sam would die, and everything they did would be pointless. Also, Bobby doesn't know everything.

1. They use credit card scams, dean sometimes does poker scams and no doubt sam does too, Bobby is a mechanic hence the fixed car, if not they just use credit card scams again lol.

2. Obviously when he was brought back Castiel, restored his body to how it was before the Hell Hounds got him, except that hand print.

3. He tried, basically there is nothing that can stop you going to hell after selling your soul, unless you have an angel on ur shoulder.
