    I don't get it.. why would they let Wilhelmina attend a Mode magazine meeting if Mode belonged to Claire, not Bradford?

    Bradford owns Meade Publication (the whole building). Mode is part of Meade Publication. And since they all have 2 divide the money within his children, she is responsible for her baby's share. Therefore she can attend all the meeting that happens in that building if she wants to. And since she has a special interest in the Mode magazine she goes to the meeting.
