Sylar didn't need to relearn his powers after he recovered from the Shanti virus, he picked up the can of spinach with his mind at the end of series 2 without killing anyone else.
Caitlin the "Irish girl from season 2" is gone and she's never coming back because all strains of the virus were destroyed, so that future will never happen. Therefore she only exists in a non-existant universe.

hey EllE remember that with every different action the future changes, the future peter changed a lot of things so the future with sylar's son might not even happen, GOD this gets better n better by episode cant wait 4 the next 1 :-)

I think Claire is going to die from the gun shot wound but will come back to life after the eclipse as its blocking everyones ability....and this is jus a rumour ive red peter and the haitain team up to stop arthur as peter still hasnt got his abilities nd peter shoots arthur in the head with the haitain there meaning theres no way that arthur can regenerate/heal from the damage nd plus if arthur, sylar and possibly claire get shot in the head there dead neway, but yh thats jus a rumour dunno if its true....
