UHHH It cut off at 28:22. EEERRRRR So many of them keep doing this to me!!! Is it just me Or is it just my computer being stupid.

No it's not just you, a lot of them do that to me too, but I just refresh the page and the black line loads to that spot and it works just fine and I can watch it right from where it stopped :)
