It's “Murder Train” by Robin's ex-boyfriend's band (the Canadian guy played by that dude from Dawson's Creek).
It was first on the episode that starred him, but it's been on HIMYM a couple other times.

Reset it.. Switch the power off. (It will only work if you have a broadband). Like Alisah has written.

If you mean the modem /router box there is in the back of the modem a button on the left side. When you get the message, turn it off then on, wait for the lights to blink again, and refresh the page.You should now be able to watch more without waiting if you have a dynamic IP address
