It makes sense since she's blonde and was also at "a" St. Patrick's day party. Also the introduction to the last episode (when he 1st sees her) only makes sense if it is the mother. ...on top of that, at the end of episode 12 he says something about not knowing it but his luck was finally beginning to change.
