u can dry it but it was in the swimming pool, chlorine is actually quite toxic, and the water wouldhave soaked up most of the THC.

They could have strained it and some how made crappy hash

Face It The weed was done for no matter how you look at it or what you say that eed was fin-ito

ok so the thc is not water saluable so the weed just needed to be dried thats all they just failed to do it right or go and buy a dryer for it

THC is a lipid so it stays seperate from water which is why u need to make it into an oil before adding it to brownies. So all the THC would be on the surface...

did you look at the pool, it definatly had not been shocked with chlorine recently, and chlorine is evaporated out of water slowly over time so there would not have been a dangerous amount(if any) chlorine in that water.
