I'm pretty sure this is just a recap episode since it's episode 0 of the season. I just watched the next episode and it seemed to start right where the last season left off, so I think you're ok skipping this one if it doesn't work.

AW COME ON !!! Cucirca messed the whole thing up with Lost ! There were those wrong edited videos at the end of season 3 ( obviously they cut off an episode ) and now that ! Dude … Lost is already a complicated show , and if you don't get to watch every episode , WITHOUT ANY MESS … You get lost within the show ! You don't get a thing !
