Its called streaming, you have to let it stream!
the little white bar let that get the whole length of the video and then play you just have a wait a minute or two.

I dont know... Izzy has been extremely annoying almost all season 3 and so far in 4, and some in 2, she just doesnt have any self control and never knows when to leave well enough alone. Its very very irritating!!

And Meredith and Derek broke up because Meredith has abandonment issues and shes all messed up and depressed but hides it and cant get into a relationship whole heartedly :D
