DONT USE UTORRENT IT IS CRAP IT TOOK ME 14 HOURS TO DOWNLOAD SAW 4 AND THEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS A PREVIEW AND HAT TO PAY FOR THE WHOLE MOVIE, infact don’t use any torrent based site. there are millions of viruses on torrents and you do not get your full download speed. i know limewire and morpheus have virus aswell but not as many as torrent sites but atleast with limewire and morpheus you get your full download speed.

utorrent is by far most user friendly torrenting program that i have come accross. if you struggle then you must have been doing something wrong and not paying attention. the virtical line is above the enter key on most keyboards shift+\. also there is a site called http://www.ipodtvnova.com which posts primetime shows in ipod format weekly, ususally the night of the show. this site also has thousands of past tv shows and movies. they only catch is that you do have to make an account with them but it is completly free and all they want is an email address and a user name. go to it and go nuts.

thanks, only one problem, i downloaded heroes 2×11 powerless episode and it only plays the sound, there is no picture, can you suggest anything for me, please, thanks.

I’ve got a question: Everytime when I click on ‘Update’ on the releases page, there stands: ERROR 500, ERROR 404 and then I can’t see any releases? How do I fix this?

PS: I’m Dutch so the message isn’t really well typed.

If i want to download a video from this site from ex, then what should i do? What do i have to write in the “feeds”? Or should i only download videos from the links given?

hello again, 1 questions;

the first is this I downloaded a few movies and it is only playing sound but no picture. I downloaded the programme suggested in another comment and although it worked for some of the things i downloaded one of them is still only sound.

As soon as i downloaded it i lost internet connection and was told i had a “Blaster Virus”. Could I have done something wrong?

I use BitComet for downloading overseas tv shows and so far haven’t had any problem. The download speed sometimes can achieve 100k.

Firstly, for the people having problems with Audio or Video codecs (ie the TV Shows/Films playing with no sound or Audio) i would recommend downloading the Combined Community Codec pack from here http://www.cccp-project.net

And i must mention the comment made by Jamie (2nd comment)and say that it is the biggest load of crap i’ve read on the internet in a long time. I’m not saying there are no Viruses in torrent files, but as long as you stick to a decent torrent site (www.torrentz.com for example) and exercise some common sense, then you are highly unlikely to get a virus from torrents, I’ve been using them for some time now and not had a single problem, and they have nothing like the number of Viruses that the likes of Limewire and similar programs have as well as this torrents that are bad tend to be flagged as such by the community fairly quickly.

As for the speed, on a well seeded torrent it can easily max out my 512Kb connection and on a friends 2Mbit connection. Also, one point on speed - it is a good idea to limit ones upload speed - for example, i tend to get a max of 60KB/s download, and a Max of 30KB/s upload (512kb down 256kb up), but if you let torrents use all the upload your download speed will suffer, as will surfing the internet so its always a good idea to set your upload speed to less than your max speed.

the feeds provided in the video does not allows me to download “heroes”. do you have other feeds?

Hi, you just need video codecs,for windows xp you can use xp codec pack. It´s free.

The version of utorrent is different now and does not work like it is shown in the video. I have added the RSS feeds but I dont get a single item to download. I click update and nothing happens. What am I missing?
