You don't notice that they speak with an accent because your from louisianna!!!!, my cousin is the exact same way; she insists that she doesn't speak with an accent [[she is from louisianna]] but she does. I live in california thank you very much =]].

your hair and nails are made of dead cells. For some reason, her nails stay dead. if they were alive, it would really hurt to cut your nails or hair.
