I’ve always though that I should have a unique and easy to remember logo, something meaningful that will represent my blog, but I’ve never had the skills to do it.
Today I’ve cam across a video from seomoz, explaining how important is to brand your blog, to brand yourself outside of the search context:

It’s just not easy to create a one-of-a-kind, easy-to-remember, catch-your-eye kind of brand/logo.

The 2×25 episode link (17 seconds) is the same as for 2×24!

agreed. but Yahoo and others are promoting and doing a lot of “behaviorial marketing and targetting” where the ad on the page has absolutely no relevance to the content on the page … but rather they track user behaviour on their netowrk of sites and push out the ad that best matches. results are phenomenal.. and they’re saying they can get the user to make the purchase by as much as 3/4th probabiltiy…. if he is looking for a pruchase. read Business 2.0 MArch 2007 edition… towards the end… “The Quest for the perfect online ad”.

Well what ever Yahoo does i won’t go for it

After reading this I thought I would leave a note about a tool and client of mine that might help people think about their communications and be useful to your readers.
This might be helpful for you guys. A client of mine has a new free email program with self-destructing email, email you can’t print or forward and free video email. Check out:
http://www.BigString.com
It is a new free webmail program. When you send mail from your BigString account, you are protected. BigString is like an automatic shredder for your email. You can self-destruct or change an email that’s already been sent or read.
Ever send that email to your boss at 2AM ranting, or a picture of your girlfriend to your mom by mistake, just have one of those “DOH” moments you wish you could bring it back, try this tool!
Have a great day!
