season 3 episode 8 was when a lot of people lost interest in lost. when a programme becomes this complicated he creators are eventually abl to do whatever they want and get away with it because they believe they no longer need to explain things, people now just give up on understanding it. and we never know why charlie must die, why doesn't that surprise me, even the final destination films made "sense" in a way and we can all understand what was going on. i can tell you guys right now, the final episode of season 6 will be a let down and will end on a cliffhanger, i can see it coming. there was an interview with matthew fox and he said it will end with an image, which means it will be a cliffhanger in my opinion

They've confirmed that it won't end on a cliffhanger. Comparing Lost to Final Destination is a joke.

Also, if Final Destination made so much "sense" than Lost, then tell me why the main characters always see their impending deaths before they happen? Because they sure as hell didn't explain that last time I checked.

i was kind of hoping that at some point lost will start giving up some of the soap and spend more dealing with the mysteries of the island
this was an awesome development, though it might raise more questions than it answers
i guess patience is not one of my virtues :)

Charlie doesn't remember because their meeting happened about 5 years ago (3 years, desmond was in the island pressing the button, couple of months desmond was training [running], another couple of months was during his military training so i'll assume that was about 5 years), I wouldn't remember meeting a crazy person for about 15 secs of my life 5 years ago!

Desmond had pre-cognition since he was still in the mainland which he might have lost in time, and was reactivated when the flash entered his eye, shortcircuiting his brain. lol, that's the best theory i've got.

And of course Anna and James H. Frord won't be able to read this because they're already done watching this episode, unless they were crazy enough to click the checkbox below to receive spam in their e-mail address. But if soever they to read this, just comment here and I'd be glad to explain (and make simpler) this episode.
