The only reason they killed those two off is because the actresses got DUIs and were banned from filming in Hawaii. Which is too bad, you can tell the plot was going to go in a different direction.

Um no. Michelle Rodriguez signed up for this show knowing she was gonna be killed off, because she has a movie career and she couldnt stay filming Lost. She had other movies and projects to do and went on the show BECAUSE they promised her she wouldnt stay too long so she can persue her other projects. Shes said herself she knew from the start that Ana Lucia was gonna be killed off.

Her legal problems had nothing to do with her being killed off. Sucks because she was the best and the most intresting charactar and Rodriguez was amazing as Ana Lucia.

I hate the good characters being killed off.
It's almost as bad as when Sylar killed Elle in heroes :(
