why this episode and the next one plays too fast ?

theres no sound anymore??

just wondering where the sound is for this one???

I’m running into the same problem with the sound on “The Long Con” and, it looks like, every remaining episode in Season 2 (episodes 1-12) don’t work either.

The sound is good again on Season 3, but I don’t want to watch those episodes until I’ve seen the rest of Season 2 of course!!

have u downloaded all the necessary active X components and allowed pop ups for this page, you may also need to download divX player i think im not certain but try it.

Thanks for the suggestion AGAGA, but i have all the downloads. All of the episodes worked from Season 1 and first half of Season 2… even Season 3 seems to work. It’s just the back half of Season 2 that doesn’t!! Very frustrating.

Hey, just a suggestion for the loss of sound on the DIVX player, the way i managed it is to let the whole episode for the “youku” media player buffer, and then start both players at the same time and if you time it right its a perfect episode. good picture from divx and the sound from youku. its worked for me, so give it a try : )

hahaha lol at comment #8 that would be so frustrating to do for each episode, not to mention that youku videos could freeze at any time. nice try though

plz fix this ep. divx has no sound,youku takes hours to buffer and is bad quality and anyways i cant seem t find anywhere t download it from…if any1 has found torrent for this ep(with seeds,cause i found 1 with 1 seed and it doesnt download)plz post!!!thnx

why hasn’t anyone fixed the sound yet?

Ya the sound for the last half of season two doesn’t work because you need the Dolby AC3 filter for the divx player. I downloaded the filter (which is readily available for free) but the sound still doesn’t work… I think I might not be installing the filter correctly. Any suggestions? how bout someone just fixes the sound so it works like the first half of the season.

Oddly enough, after I played “The Long Con”, which I have saved to my hard drive, through the divx player the audio now works on the online episodes just fine. Try restarting your computer after installing the Dolby AC3 Filter.

Gotta Love LOST, started watching it a couple of weeks ago, got this far and its doublespeed sound!? Tried on my other PC and there’s NO sound.. I think it’s dependant on what codec you have (see above)
DL Dolby AC3 Filter codec and you’re sorted =D

literally just downloaded Dolby AC3 Filter codec, and it worked straight away, didnt even need to refresh or anything =D

Thanks for the advice. I got the AC3 filter and it immediately started working.

i did everything i needed to do (i guess), but still no sound… could it be different for a macintosh?

The DivX one for this episode has no sound to it. Just thought I’d bring it to your attention. ^^

since the codecs are .exe files and can’t be installed on a mac… any suggestions? thanks guys

Where can I find the ac3 filter download for Mac? I’m not getting any sound with the second player…

The ac3 codec didn’t help me either… What am I doing wrong… I am addicted now, I need to finish season 2 w/ sound!

the lost episode 13 & 14 dont seem 2 b working properly there is no sound and it needs to buffer continously unlike the other episodes before, how do i get to the ac3 filter

i have a huge problem. i downloaded the ac3 filter but under the alternative link it shows nothing at all. which is frustrating me because i also have divx.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but why does Todou put their subtitles OVER the Lost subtitles instead of over the blank black strip at the bottom? It’s really annoying that whenever the characters aren’t speaking english and there are subtitles, I don’t know what they’re saying because Todou slapped THEIR subtitles right on top of it so you can’t see the english written there.

how come megavideo stops these days i mean it buffers up to lyk 32 minutes or so and then jus randomly stops

If this page doesnt work try casttv.com they use megavideo to watch the episodes so u only have 72 minutes of viewing then it tells u 2 wait 54 minutes until u can watch again. Happy viewing every1 x
