The internet thingy meaning where you get your connection from... Router or Modem... No "normal" computer will keep a static ip address(one that doesn't change) So if you restart your connection you should be assigned a new IP Address unless your on some business computer or if someone made it static for you.

if you have megavideo problems with waiting 54 mins, just restart your internet(router or modem) to get a new IP address. The only way they can know its you're computer is that way... so if its reset your a new computer for the internet :P
