I don't blame Dereck for how he is acting. I don't like it but I understand.
After all he spent how many years building up his career and compare that to how long he's been dating Meredith. It can't be easy having to give up his dream… I hope he does because I like to believe in love but I think he's allowed a little time to be worried, angry, doubtful and every other emotion.
