the reason why the episodes don't play sometimes is probably because the website that actually hosts the video is busy. what's on cucirca is a link from another website. if there are a lot of users accessing the websites content, the videos slow down. if you watch them earlier in the afternoon, they play smoothly. towards 10-4AM (United States time) the videos tend to be slower. Tudou has most of its text in japanese so i think it's safe to assume that the main website hosting the videos is maintained and viewed more during the day time in japan. Just bear with it. One thing you could do is allow the episodes to load while you do some other things. by the time you come back it'll be ready for you to watch!:) happy viewing.
