Desperate Housewives Season 1 Episode 4 Who’s That Woman?

How do you download the 'part 2' of each episode?
Part one downloads fine (using real player) but Part 2 doesn't.

Playing it online is incredibly slow.

episode 4 works find for about 7 min 20 sec and then just stops, anybody any clues
