Btw Mary Alices secret was that she payed for a baby of a drug user Deidre becuase Deidre was selling him to Mary Alice for money for her drugs as Mary Alice could not have children she bought him,at the hospital where Mary Alice worked she saw Deidre come in unconsouis from taking an overdose and the police were asking where the baby was so Mary Alice took the baby with Paul and moved away so no one could take the baby away from them and they changed the baby name from Dana to Zac and Mary Alice changed her name also from Angela to Mary Alice.And as you saw in this episode Deidre did not die and found out where Mary Alice lived she wanted Zac back but Mary Alice and Paul did'nt want to give him up as they raised him and loved him.So Mary Alice out of fear stabbed Deidre and they did'nt want anyone to find out their secret to take Zac away so they chopped her up into Zac's toy chest and buried her at the bottem on the swimming pool where no one would find out.
